The semi-automatic VC Versions
The machines are designed for:
- casting of jewellery and other filigree parts
- VC400 for smaller charges
- VC500 D: a semi automatic machine for frequent operations
Induction heated casting machines
VC 400
The ideal machine for smaller companies producing moderate quantities but needing considerably more capacity then offered by the MC machines. Often, experienced casters are not particulary interested in automated functions or program control and they can archive the same quality with the VC400 machine as with more advanced ones. It's induction generator guarantees a fast heat-up and thorough mixing of the molten metal by inductive bath movement.
VC500 D
For larger production quantities with continuous casting operation, greater performance (shorter casting times) with even larger crucibles and flask capacities (flasks up to Ø 160 mm / 400 mm H) is important. The high maximum temperature of 1.600 degrees C extends the possible range of alloys. Temperature measurements in both the crucible and the flask mean best possible repeat accuracy in the process. If alloys are changed frequently, 16 different temperature programs simplify working procedures. The optional data printer records all the parameters of each casting (ISO 9001).
