Laser Marking is a PC-controlled, environmentally friendly alternative to mechanical engraving, pad printing, stamping or chemical etching. The digital nature of laser engraving allows a great variety of individual customizations.

ROFIN laser systems offer the benefits of a non-contact, abrasion-resistant, permanent marking onto almost any type of material including platinum, gold, silver and titanium. With high-speed and high precision, ROFIN systems are ideal for a wide range of jewelry manufacturing and trade shops, as well as novelty product applications. 

ROFIN markers benefit from accuracy, while increasing the range of custom engraved true type fonts, script styles, and image applications. A pilot diode positioning device allows the operator to align and mark the parts at the correct location. The marking process is quick and clean, while minimizing the heat input to sensitive materials.

Just a few steps

Using the same fixture for inside, outside and front-side marking, regular and special shape rings are loaded quickly and exactly. By entering basic geometry and material parameters, the user can determine the optimum marking position by taking advantage of the precise jogging function. A live preview function through an online camera leaves no doubt about the expected marking results. Even wide rings can be marked inside by tilting the fixture.

Ready for special tasks

The sophisticated marking software automatically makes geometrical corrections due to the non-perpendicular approach to the marking area. Large markings can be executed with the help of an autotiling function. Within minutes the system is retooled for marking flat parts.

Reliable technology

The EasyJewel is based on the advanced complete air cooling technology. As an all-in-one laser marking solution with compact design, the system is portable. The 100 V – 240 V connection ensures quick and easy initial operation without requiring any additional device like for example an external cooling. A special safety feature is the enclosed marking area (laser class 1). Wearing laser safety goggles is thus not necessary, a fact which enhances operator convenience.
