Laser Marking is a PC-controlled, environmentally friendly alternative to mechanical engraving, pad printing, stamping or chemical etching. The digital nature of laser engraving allows a great variety of individual customizations.
ROFIN laser systems offer the benefits of a non-contact, abrasion-resistant, permanent marking onto almost any typ of material including platinum, gold, silver and titanium.
With high-speed and high precision, ROFIN systems are ideal for a wide range of jewelry manufacturing and trade shops, as well as novelty product applications.
ROFIN markers benefit from accuracy, while increasing the range of custom engraved true type fonts, script styles, and image applications. A pilot diode positioning device allows the operator to align and mark the parts at the correct location. The marking process is quick and clean, while minimizing the heat input to sensitive materials.

EasyMark‘s new modular concept realizes a huge working area within a extremely compact housing. An all-glass
lifting door provides barrier-free access to the working chamber. The system can be optionally equipped with a z-axis, various optics and external or through-the-lens camera solutions. It accommodates completely air-cooled laser sources with powers ranging from 10 to 50 W.
With high process reliability, no wear and tear, minimum maintenance and, last but not least, excellent environmental compatibility, the EasyMark offers an attractive alternative to other engraving techniques.
