
The machines are ideal for:
- TM50 C: melting of small quantities of steel and other metals with a high melting point
- MU200 C: for larger quantities, also for pouring into flasks
- TF3000 C: melting large quantities and casting of voluminous steel parts
We offer melting machines with three different capacities for melting metals with a high melting point, such as steel, palladium, platinum, chrome-cobalt etc. Common to all is the generator, specially designed for the most thorough through-mixing of molten metals. The ceramic crucibles are specially designed for our high temperature casting machines and are extremely heat resistant, ensuring the least possible amount of engery loss and a lower internal temperature in the melting chamber.
The TM50 C is a proven, compact device that is used widely for analysis purposes.
The MU 200C offers sufficient crucible volume for e.g. manufacturing custom alloy or for regular use for meltung down production resdues arising from platinum or palladium processing. It can also be supplied with two vacuum chambers for use as a casting machine.
This melting furnace has been specially designed to melt large
quantities of steel or other metals with a high melting point. The
strong induction generator and low induction frequency means very good
mixing of the metal can be achieved.
The main areas of applications are:
- casting voluminous parts such as sculptures (also sand casting)
- purification melting of waste
- casting of ingots
- casting of solid rollers
